Marie-Claude is full professor and Director of the Programmes d’études et de recherche en toxicomanie at UdeS. She is also Director of the Réseau de recherche en sécurité routière du Québec (RRSRQ)—a multidisciplinary network of transportation researchers, decision-makers, and knowledge users (e.g., ministère des Transports du Québec, SAAQ) to promote research and pragmatic knowledge transfer for traffic safety. Her research has deployed ad-hoc technology to examine the effects of interaction between alcohol consumption, passenger presence, and complex environmental interactions, including road infra- structure. She has authored more than 65 articles (h-index: 16).
